  • 1、BIPV相较于传统光伏,主要优势是什么?2022-09-11

    1)BIPV光伏瓦与建筑融为一体,防漏水设计,全金属背板+无边框设计,直接替代传统彩钢瓦屋顶, 防水防潮隔热保温。25年质保期,质保期内不需更换屋顶瓦,节省屋顶瓦更换投资费用。

    2)BIPV光伏瓦采用无边框设计,光伏瓦底部不积灰,且表面采用自洁钢化玻璃,免维护,节省运维费用。

    3)BIPV经过消防测试为A2级不燃复合材料-防火, TUV光伏标准的可燃性测试为CLASS A级;而常规组件BAPV不能进行消防测试,只满足TUV光伏标准的可燃性测试为CLASS C级, 为可燃材料,容易着火燃烧,不能直接作为屋顶材料。

    4)传统的常规BAPV为高压直流,容易产生拉弧,频频发生火灾,安全系数低;而BIPV直流侧为不高于48V的安全电压,不产生高压直流拉弧,安全系数高。

    5)BIPV光伏瓦背板材料采用钢板,抗压能力强,每平方米可承重70kg,可直接上人踩,可抗16级台风;而BAPV常规组件则不能踩,背板采用EVA材料一踩就坏,背板隐裂损坏造成漏电形成安全隐患,仅能承受2400Pa风压(约为12级强风)。

    6)有色光伏瓦系统中的每一块光伏瓦独立运行互不影响,区别于常规系统中的20~24块为一组串;同时监控达到“组件级”,可监控每一块光伏瓦的实时出力能力。此功能的优势在于光伏瓦的布置将不受位置和朝向的局限,直接避免了常规系统中由于组件工况不同而引起的“木桶效应”;同时在检修维护中,也不存在会因为单块组件故障而拉低整个组串的输出功率,大大提高了系统在运行中的安全性、可靠性和稳定性。

    7)智能光伏瓦采用结构型搭接防水,不打胶,适用性广;可适用于任何坡屋顶和曲面屋顶,直接作为建筑材料使用。

  • 2、有什么认证吗?如何解决防水防风?2022-09-11

    产品经消防燃烧试验检测达到:不燃复合材料A2级成品防火性能。全金属钢板的背板设计,符合国标工业二级防水屋顶结构性防水设计。满足屋面建材6大功能:防火、防水、遮阳、隔热、防潮、承重。

        采用全金属背板设计的一体成型结构性防水密封系统,实现了防水结构与承重支撑的巧妙搭配;搭接处缝隙会用丁基胶带密封;竖向无边框,90%的面积为瓦沟,进行雨水排水,可实现雨水自清洗和自动喷淋清洗功能。抗压能力强,承重70kg/㎡,可直接上人踩,可抗16级台风。

  • 3、发出的电,电压是多少?怎么到220或者380电压等级的?2022-09-11

    采用并联线路技术,直流侧运行电压是不超过48V的安全低电压,每个微型逆变器可接入4块BIPV光伏瓦,经逆变后直接输出220V交流电,分组并入50kW交流汇流盒后,组成三相380Vac的交流电可与厂区变电站低压母线或预留开关连结,供应电力。

  • 4、对屋顶载荷有什么要求吗?若原有载荷不够如何解决?2022-09-11

    与普通彩钢瓦屋面同荷载要求设计,无需额外增加屋面荷载,既屋顶荷载应综合考虑0.15kN/㎡的 BIPV系统恒荷载(BIPV产品的重量为10.5kg/㎡)。

    若原有载荷不够,即原屋顶无法承受增加15kg/㎡的均布恒荷载时:需用BIPV光伏瓦直接替换取代屋顶原有彩钢瓦;若直接替换后还是无法承受15kg/㎡的均布恒荷载,则建议对屋顶进行加固。

      若原屋顶能够承受增加15kg/㎡的均布恒荷载时:可直接在原有屋顶彩钢瓦上覆盖安装BIPV光伏瓦,无需更换旧有屋顶彩钢瓦,且25年内无需再更换彩钢瓦。

      另外我们需考虑屋顶能不能装的问题,安装屋顶光伏电站需要建筑产权明晰、土地证、电表独立等条件;根据建筑屋顶的构造不同,施工前需要考虑房屋的安全性,必须根据国家现行的建筑结构荷载规范要求,结合实际情况,对房屋的结构承载力进行测算,需要业主最好能够提供原有建筑的载荷报告。

  • 5、建筑已经安装了彩钢瓦屋顶,如何再安装BIPV?2022-09-11

    BIPV光伏瓦的安装方式分为两种,“替换式”安装和“覆盖式”安装。“替换式”安装用于新建屋顶或者老旧的需拆除的屋顶,“覆盖式”安装用于已有彩钢瓦屋顶或者混凝土屋面。

    “覆盖式”安装方式: BIPV光伏瓦与专用压型钢板进行牢固连结,压型钢板与原屋面用自攻螺钉固定。BIPV至天沟口时需与天沟收边固定。整个方案不会破坏防水层和保温层,同时,BIPV自身成为一个防水结构面层,增强屋面防水,确保BIPV覆盖的屋面区域25年无需更换维修防水层。

  • 6、BIPV的发电量与传统光伏相比,差别大吗?2022-09-11

    BIPV整体发电效率高。同样面积屋顶,是传统光伏组件+屋顶(BAPV 附着式安装)屋面利用率的 1.2~1.4 倍(100~130W/㎡),可代替传统彩钢瓦,光伏发电布满率可达 90%以上,每平方米能力密度 150~180W/㎡,即相同面积下,BIPV光伏装机容量更大,发电量更多。
