       HELIOS POWER®Helios Power Co., Ltd.is a national high-tech enterprise headquartered in Xi'an High-Tech Zone, specializing in building-material integrated photovoltaic products and green building intelligent photovoltaic systems. The company is dedicated to the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of low-voltage, high-safety, fireproof, waterproof, and intelligent building-material integrated photovoltaic system products. It provides solutions for various building-integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) scenarios, with the mission of "clothing all buildings in safe power-generating attire," aiming to become a global leader in building-integrated energy systems.

        The company has planned and applied for over 190 patents, including 67 invention patents, and currently holds 16 authorized invention patents and 68 authorized utility model and design patents. Through its core technologies in building-material integrated photovoltaics, DCAC high-efficiency intelligent inverter technology, and building energy storage technology, the company develops, designs, manufactures, sells, and invests in products and system solutions for various application scenarios. 

      The company has passed multiple industry certifications and has been recognized as a "Technology-based SME" an "Innovative SME" a "Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative" enterprise in Shaanxi Province, and a "National High-Tech Enterprise." Its products have been certified as "National Patent-Intensive Products," included in the National Recommended Catalog of Energy-saving and Carbon-reduction Technologies and Equipment in the Industrial and Information Technology Fields (2024 Edition), and rated as a "Smart Photovoltaic Pilot Demonstration Enterprise" by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

Photovoltaic power generation integrated with buildings is generally referred to as distributed building photovoltaic power generation. The current technical routes are divided into two categories based on the voltage level on the DC side:

          1.Traditional Photovoltaic System: High-voltage DC system with 1000-1500V voltage evel.

          2.Building-material Integrated Photovoltaic System: Safe low-voltage DC system with 120V voltage level.

       Helios is the world's first BIPV company to fully adopt the safe low-voltage DC technical route, possessing independent intellectual property rights. All system photovoltaic products and inverter products are independently developed and manufactured. The system DC voltage remains below the 120V safety voltage level (only 48-80V), complying with building electrical safety standards.

         The new intelligent photovoltaic tile was successfully developed at the end of 2019. By combining aerospace BIPV high-end technology with Chinese manufacturing and construction techniques, Helios has seamlessly integrated photovoltaics with buildings, completely resolving the long-standing safety hazards of traditional high-voltage DC systems, such as hot spot effects, PID (Potential Induced Degradation), and high-voltage DC arcing, which are prone to causing fires.

        Helios' new intelligent photovoltaic tiles combine the functional use of building materials with the power-generating characteristics of photovoltaic materials, offering an aesthetically pleasing, lightweight, easy-to-install, and high-return-on-investment new energy building power generation system.        

        The new intelligent photovoltaic tile products have passed German TÜV International CertificationChina A2-level (Composite Non-Combustible Material) Fireproof Certification, and China CQC Quality Certification. The products are the only ones in the industry to simultaneously meet both building material standards and photovoltaic industry standards for roof and wall photovoltaic integration. The company has also obtained ISO 9001 Quality Management System CertificationISO 14001 Environmental Management System Certification, and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification.
